I will discuss about the things recommended in my hometown
city Sintang, West Kalimantan.
What I want to recommend is some tourist attractions such as
the kelam hills, waterfalls and hills rentap.
Kelam hill is located
in the tourist park area Sintang, West Kalimantan. Approximately fifteen to
twenty minutes to travel from the city to the tourist park Sintang kelam hill.
kelam hill climb to get to the top takes about four to five hours, in the way
the hiking trail we could see the sights in the surrounding forests, palm
groves, the Kapuas river, and of course the city of Sintang. There are also
some home swiftlet nests around the hiking trail, the scenery was very nice
when we've been on top of the kelam hill, almost the entire area Sintang visible
from the top of the kelam, there are unique in that there is a kelam peak
helipad to land the helicopter.
Waterfall hill rentap also one of the city's attractions
Sintang, but mileage is pretty much about one to two hours more, one way is
also the way to the kelam hill, but the road is steep and the rocks that make
long trips, in the hills rentap own there are several waterfalls that rendung lake
and pond empalak. If the rainy season torrential waterfall flowing waterfall
height of approximately one hundred meters.
